I give this Towing company the utmost respect. I know how hard it is to conduct business as a towing company with majority of customers feeling like they weren't given a chance to dispute their car being towed and the frustration that follows but I truly appreciate Carolina's Towing for their kindness and consideration of my situation. They allowed me to get back with proficient timing and without ample stress. They were polite, professional, and considerate. I pray that they continue to prosper in their business. They were a blessing to me today and I'm thankful.

My daughter's car was towed by this company. The towing person was not professional. He did not wear a ID badge and did not want to release his name to us, or the name of the security person that was on duty. He charged my daughter 325.00 for towing the car that was illegally parked. I was contacted to make arraignments to pay the fee. When I asked to speak to the tow guy, who said his name is James, he was rude and abrupt on the phone. My daughter was told they only accept cash.We was told they do not accept credit cards, because the card machine was not working. Later to be told they charge a extra 20% for credit card transactions.
