Phil Carey the builder/owner of Carpe Investments has not only poor quality work such as mold growin on the walls and the vents, walls patched and not repaired correctly, MAJOR leaks from plumbing and rain, all around EXTREMELY POOR Quality! Also, he continued to go into residents both owners and those renting from him without permission as he has keys to every unit as well as stealing from residents...me personally he stole a $600 grille in which a neighbor saw this happen. He is a very shady person and I would NEVER recommend buying ANYTHING from him. GO ELSEWHERE!
