I return calls as promptly as possible. I want you to know what we plan to do and what we are doing. If you are not on site during construction, I will keep you informed about progress. In the initial stages, I will answer all of your questions and help you understand what we plan to do and why. 2. Reliability- I will show up when I am supposed to or let you know in advance if I cannot meet a scheduled appointment. Once I start a job, my crew will be there until it is completed. 3. Consideration- My goal is to do the job the way that you want it done. If I think that changes should be made, I will bring that up in our initial planning. When the unexpected occurs, I will get your approval of any change that this requires. We want you to be a happy and satisfied customer. 4. Peace of mind- I am insured for liability.If an injury occurs on the jobsite, Carpenter Inc. will not be sending you a bill for medical expenses. 5. I want you to refer me to your friends. The work we do is done well, studs line up with plates, corners are square, walls are plumb. I use subcontractors who respect the work that we do and meet our expectations. 6.
