I called around for estimates...one was reasonal [$130], but had problem understanding receptionist and vice versa, even the 2nd time I called. The other.. I thought was too high [$220 or up to $240 if no furniture?]...Anyway, Kevin gave me a call back as he promised, once he got back from Auburn....3 days after I got my 4 bedrooms, a walk-in closet and hallway cleaned. I was not charged for not having furnitures in the rooms either!!!

I made a few calls to get estimates on our house (3 bedrooms, hallway, stairs). We had it last done about 2 years ago for about $225. I know the economy's down, but I was getting estimates as low as $99 for the whole house. Didn't take that one, but went with another low one. When he showed up he immediately started tacking on "extra fees" that pushed the price to $40 over what he quoted me on the phone. I tossed him out. CP had a mailer coupon that seemed like a good deal. I called, he promptly called me back. We set up a time, he showed up on time, we did a walk through, he pointed out the pet stains that may be a problem, but he didn't try to jack up the rate. He did the job for the coupon price, and everything came out perfect! Even the potential prob areas came up. We were so pleased we also had them do two area rugs while he was here. Highly recommend CP, they won't jerk you around, and great results.
