Called about purchasing an antenna. That's not his main line. He still spent the time on the phone to give me advise on what I should buy and where I might be able to buy it. And based on what I learned from fairly extensive internet searches, his advice was right on. If I were going to have someone install an antenna, I would trust him based on this interaction.
