Provided by YP.comThe disabled people in Carrol County Arkansas are not reconized. Especially the ones on breathing machines that does not have battery back up. Carrol Electric will shut your power off without thinking twice. I guess it will have to come down to someone passing away before they stop and help the disabled and elderly.
