Rpd had my car towed and gave me the wrong tow company and so when I got to Carson city tow a week later and tried to explain things the front office lady said she didn't give a f*** about our problems with rpd. Then when we asked about seeing the vehicle she told us you have to decide what we are doing with the car BEFORE we may see it. Then we asked about the damage and she said she couldn't tell us anything about the car even tho the registered owner was sitting in the office. The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a tow company. Next time I need a tow or rpd won't let me take my car Carson city towing will NOT be the one I call

Hello today my truck was towed for no reason!! We went to dinner at A&W then shopping at Sac & Save. Came out half an hour later and it was gone!! Frantically looking for it thinking it was stolen!! Thankfully RPD told us where it was!! Its bs!!!
