They aren't joking

Cascade isn't joking about having great customer service. I used to work in the rental car business and became familiar with various shops in the valley. Cascade consistently stood out to me so I choose to take my car there. From walking in the door to picking up my car I felt like I was important to them. They explained the whole process for me so there were no surprises and everything was exactly as they said it would be. I give them five stars and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Great job!

At first I was really irritated because they had not matched up my hood with my front bumper correctly. Plus my front grill was sitting sideways. After explaining this to the shop, they went out of their way to make it perfect. The shop manager, actually went to a dealership and took pictures of the same type of car. After doing this, they were very good about making it look just like it did before. Easy to work with, and they do guarantee their work. My car looks brand new again. Thanks for a job well done.
