Decided my job was not worth the time

I called and made an appointment for a home job 3 days ago. I get a call today with them telling me that they do not have anyone that has time to come out to give me a quote. When I called I gave them all of the specifications of the job and they made the appointment, on the day of the appointment they called back totally blew us off. WOULD NOT WORK WITH

I am so sorry to hear of your experience. Please call me and I will do what I can to make it right. Companies are run by people and they make mistakes. I only wished you would have spoke to a supervisor or myself. We work hard to earn your business and if this truly happened. I'm sorry. I can only change what I know is wrong.
