I had a horrible experience with Mark at Castle Park in Ione, CA. He purposely refused to process an application so the mobile home would go to auction and a new young couple could not buy it. Then he purchased it to make a profit for himself. He said if anyone else buys it they have to move it off the propert but said that does not apply if he purchases it. I found him to be very unprofessional and to have rules that don't apply to him. Poor customer service for sure.
