You will never get good service. They will take your money and never give you a contract, hold on to your money for 5 months and after calling and begging them to return your money you will still get NO RESPONSE. Do what my friend did: hire a lawyer to shake things up a bit and demand your deposit to be returned. It's the only way they will listen to you.
Think about hiring another limo service that you can count on.

You guys were great. This wedding was bigger than I wanted , I am glad I let you handle all the transportation. All the drivers and limos were just what we needed. I rented the lincoln navigator for a girls night out a few weeks ago, it was GREAT! We had a really nice driver, he was very helpful and good about getting us to our destination on time. I read the reviews and am glad I saw them. This company should be brought to the attention of the Attorney General. I was looking for transportation to the airport, certainly not a limo but it was very informative to read about this in the event I ever considered a lime. Thanks folks.

My best friend booked this company & they did the same thing to her too! She ended up having to hire an attorney to get things straightened out. They finally returned her deposit after a 6 month struggle. When she received the money they wrote a curse word & Bridezilla on it. I'm sorry but what kind of company does that....have they ever heard of the internet. I just wanted to warn everyone not to bother booking with them...it'll just bring you an extra headache!

I would just like to tell any potential customers of this limo service to do some major research before booking with this company. I paid a deposit to this company, my check was cashed a month later and after 6 months of contacting them I never recieved a written contract or any confirmation of my payment. I had to involve legal counsel to get my deposit money back and was treated disrespectfully during this whole process, I even receieved my money back in an envelope that contained a derogatory message from this company.
