They have been good to me mostly. I could not get through tonight due to a fax machine answering the phone, but mistakes happen. The drivers are friendly. I am using them exclusively now when I need to because United American Cab treated me horribly. Checker is right down the street from me anyway, so more convenient.

I wouldn't recommend this service. They were 30 min late, making me late to my doctors appointment. While she was driving, the lady took about 3 different phone calls. She also stopped to pick up someone else while she was taking me to my destination. She didn't even tell me what the total was at the end of the trip. Also, the back of the cab smelled pretty bad. Frankly, I just wouldn't recommend them.

Terrible experience. While being transported to our first destination the cab drivers young son accompanied us. We were nearly in a vehicle accident due to lack of maintenance on the vehicle. When questioning dispatch about it we were told(very rudely) the vehicle had been faulty for a week. Upon second pick up we called twice, as they were 20 minutes late. Customer service was unnecessarily rude and hung up on us. We thought there over all attitude was completely unprofessional, leaving us quite disappointed. If you do choose Checker Cab we wish you better luck then ours.
