Them coming to pick up your rug from your house is a plus. Guy broke down the cost for me and warned me that the treatment needed on my rug could possibly turn it brown... I was still willing to give them a chance. A couple weeks went by then I finally got a call from them saying my rug was ready for drop off. Drop off day comes and I ask them to unroll it for me, guy unrolls it and the stench hits me like McGregor hits his opponent. No lie, it smelled so bad, my dog started rolling around on it. You know, because animals like nasty smells and they roll around in it... yea, that happened. There was a skittle stuck to the rug and their "washing machine" apparently couldn't get it out. I initially sent it in because I thought my dog peed on it because the underside was yellow. When the dropped it off, I mentioned that to him and he said "no" it wasn't pee. Anyhow. Definitely a waste of almost $300 for 1 rug. I could've bought 2 brand new rugs at that price but I thought they were professionals. Couldn't get a damn skittles stain out.... its also still got a lot of dirt on it. Try your luck with them if you'd like.....good luck.
