Provided by YP.comI had mild flooding in my basement which only affected a small portion of the carpet and tile. Called this company to extract the water--the manager Danny told me based on my description, it would likely cost $70 to extract plus $40/fan. His guys showed up (on time--that's why they even got one star!) and told me it would cost $1080!!! When I told them their manager told less than 1/5 of that over the phone, they laughed and said that was impossible. They then proceeded to pressure me to sign the contract and then got nasty when I told them my husband and I needed a few minutes to think about it since we were not prepared to spend that much. They kept on pressuring, saying they had other jobs waiting. When I told them I wouldn't be using them, one of them cursed at me on the way out. I bought my own wet-dry vac and industrial fans for $480 and did the extraction myself --rand the fans and the area was dry by the end of the day. (These guys told me it would take at least 3 days to dry which was why I needed to rent their fans for three days for $360!!!)
