My boyfriend and I were visiting friends in San Francisco and had borrowed their car to head up to Napa. We had planned a nice, relaxing trip up to Napa 3 months in advanced, just so there would be no problems. Unfortunately while we were exiting 29 on our way to our first winery the car died, the altenator was going out, we were able to get the car into the parking lot, but after that we weren't going to temp fate any futher. My mom found Chet online and within 40 mins he was looking at the car. It was a Sunday and everywhere else was closed, Chet came to us (no need for a tow truck!!!), had the car fixed with in about 4 hours- inlcuding wait time and a trip to the parts store, and gave us an EXTREMELY good price. With a little bit of a detour we were back on the road enjoying our romantic getaway.



Without Chet our getaway would have been complete diaster, and he saved us a ton of money by coming to us as well as being able to come out on a Sunday, if you look at towing costs, and a hotel bill that we never would have made it to. Thank You Again Chet!!!! And although i hope to never need it, if we are ever stranded in Napa Valley again we know who to call.
