Last year I had him reseal my roof. I reached out to him again to see if he could work on my water heater. I had scheduled for him to replace my water heater next week. Communication with him over the phone always ended in him belittling and laughing at me over the phone. I was genuine and nice to him when attempting to reschedule the maintenance and he was arrogant and rude. I guess when you're one of a handful of rv mechanics in Sonoma County you can pick and choose your assignments. Do not use him. Support another local business who genuinely wants to take your assignment and help you.

Dale is a super experienced technician and straight shooter. Very fair pricing. He came right to our trailer yard and fixed everything promptly! Thanks Dale.

Dale is great, if you need RV repair call him .I was broken down on New years day, couldnt find anyone open Chiaronis answered and came on new year day to repair an electrical problem. I was back on the road in no time. I use him all the time now. Its so much easier to have Chiaronis come io my house rather than take it in to the repair shop.
