Tried to use this service, scheduled a week out with 2-5pm window. Nobody called, nobody showed, when I called to inquire there was no appology or explanation, just a lot of being put on hold. No thanks, if your customer service is any induction, my house would burn down after your cleaning and inspection. AVOID!!!

i needed my chimney to be rebuilt and I was worried about how much i was going to spend, considering i live on a tight budget. I called Chicago Chimney, inc they came out to my house these guys were very professional and friendly. They looked at my chimney and gave me a suprisingly low estimate compared to what the other companies had gave me. Knocked my chimney down and rebuilt it back up in one day and didnt leave a mess!! I told my wife I was going to write a good review for this company.

Technicians knew what they were doing from the start to finish... Gave me a good price for cleaning and relining my chimney. Overall this company had good customer service and solved my chimney problem in one day. I would definitely call back for their services when needed...
