My furnace went out and I had no heat- a large crack in the exchange. I called Chicagoland Heating & Air Conditioning and was greeted by (very nice woman) who helped get me an appointment the next day. The rep came out and gave me a good price on the new furnace. Then he scheduled appointment for the next day. The technician (Robert) came out and he called when he was on his way. Upon his arrival, the technician got the old furnace out and started the installation process. I finally found a local company who provided great customer service and the; technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. (Awesome job, Rob!). Most importantly, the price was great! These guys earned my business..... already referring friends, family and neighbors. Thank you, Chicagoland Heating and Air Conditioning! Highly recommended!

Chicagoland Heating & Air Conditioning have always been a great company to work with. They are best in the business, efficient, always on time. The gentlemen that come out to service are always polite, clean, very friendly. Rob Finn has been out the past two times and he always takes good care of us, and is very knowledgeable, and always fixes the problem. I highly recommend Chicagoland Heating & Air Conditioning.

Technician did my furnace cleaning carefully, including aspects that had been omitted before by workers from other companies. Had good people skills. Explained how to better care for my filters. Will DEFINITELY use this company again and request the same technician.

I have been using Chicagoland Heating & Air in Chicago for the past 3 years. Ask for Robert Finn. He takes his time cleaning the unit & explains what he is doing. He explains what other jobs you may need in the future to keep your units functioning at top performance. This also helps avoid costly repairs down the line. I will only have Robert Finn take care of my heating & air conditioning needs. Chicagoland also has a Comfort Club that helps in saving you money. Why go anywhere else?

This is my second experience was with Chicagoland Heating. I cannot imagine using anyone else. They are extremely compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. Excellence is their mantra. I thank Eddie and his crew for all their hard work and conscientiousness.
