It is always a pleasure to call Chief's Appliance when we need repair of our aging major appliances (now 20 years and aging further). We have used their services 4 times over the past years: (1) Dec 7, 2010 to install dryer vent hose. This was probably the most difficult repair as the laundry room is very small, with very little room to move (right between the washer and the water heater)! (2) June 5, 2011 Ice maker had a melt down. Good thing we were home! (3) Oven repair broiler igniter and oven gasket (Feb 28, 2012 and Mar 6, 2012. (4) Sept 7, 2013. The final gasp for the gas range - the oven temperature probe died, an expensive repair given the age of the range. The kind and courteous staff of Chief's Appliance but us on the right path. It looks like we are at the stage where it's time to replace rather than repair. Chief's appliance will always be Number 1 whenever we need repairs.

I had a prompt reply to my service call. The booking worked around my work schedule. The technician was courteous, gathered information quickly, diagnosed the problem and answered any and all questions posed. His diagnosis was spot on. He repaired the problem, re-tested the GE washer, and left me one happy, satisfied customer. From the phone call, to the technician's leaving, the experience was first rate. Kudos to this business! I had Mike out today to repair my LG washer/dryer combo unit and everything went perfectly. His truck was stocked with the exact pump and sensor he needed to get us back up and running. Anna in the office did a masterful job scheduling and even called in the morning to narrow the time the tech would be at my home. GREAT JOB guys!

I do not know of anyone that likes to pay money out, but when someone like Mike Motley shows up at your door and conducts himself with respect and confidence you are put at ease. His work was awesome, His attitude was above awesome, and it makes paying a LOT more bearable. I will be a loyal customer.

I Used Chief's Appliance Repair to repair my whirpool washer. The technician (Mike H.) was very professional and nice. He explained what needed to be repaired and took the time to show me. He even wiped off the detergent residue on the washer. The cost of the repair was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this company.

Mike was excellent. I had both my stove and refrigerator breakdown, he quickly fixed the issuses and was very polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. A friend recommended Chief's Appliance. I could not have been more pleased with the service. Everyone was polite, friendly and proffesional. I asked for a specific day and they were able to accommodate my needs. The technician was on time and very knowledgeable. He was able to give the machine a much needed tune-up and even did some work on the dryer as requested. Technician went through the entire process and priced everything out before beginning the repair so we knew exactly what the repair was going to cost. Thanks again!

Fixed my ice maker. They were right on time and the technician was very thorough to check out the system and explained all questions that I had. They also offered a military discount for the service. Would highly recommend to anyone needing service on appliances at their homme.
