Provided by YP.comI requested information online regarding the cost of the daycare center close to my work, and after reading reviews about how much they overcharge we decided to go elsewhere, they have since called 12 times in less than a week, 3 of those times being in the same day. Is harassment your way of doing business, because I can promise you that all that does is frustrate me and turn me FAR away from ever using your company. Get your customer service a training on how to handle getting business because obviously the current strategy isn't working.

Provided by YP.com@joey B. Yes. My son went there for 3 years and I (he) enjoyed it there. The turnover is a bit weird but the administration is great. They are on top of their game. Whenever I had an issue, it was addressed immediately. I was very involved and requested to be contacted about any and everything concerning my child. They provide lunch and snack also. The most important thing, for me, when searching for a Daycare center was safety and their hours of operation. It's very safe. Their operations hours are 6:30-6pm. My post is late but hopefully it helps someone. I wasnt eligible for any type of assistance so we paid full price.

Provided by YPmobileI recently, as in yesterday, which as a Friday, asked for information online and provided my phone number. They called me 7 times between 930 and 2p on Saturday. What??!?! I'm not in debt to you. One phone call and one voicemail will do.. Z not three messages that sounds like the same woman. I'm confused? Is this how you do business? Harass people on the weekends until they have no choice but to enroll? So, NOT taking my child somewhere where you are so desperate for money that you're blowing up my phone. Hey, owner, lesson 101 in business was smarts: don't make people feel like they owe you money before they even hire you. WTF.

Provided by YP.comI recently enrolled my son in the childtime facility on W. Clemmonsville Road in Winston salem NC and the experience was frightening. At first the facility seemed nice and the director seemed willing to work with my child. After 2 weeks I removed my child because he was almost 4 and placed in a 2 year old class. This was his first experience with daycare and he was a little socially delayed, the director and staff were not willing to work with him because he was not potty trained. My child was constantly sick while in this facility. Every time I picked my son up he was crying and all the other kids looked bored because of the lack of age appropriate toys. All the kids were sick and faces caked with mucus. When I asked if the staff could work with my child on potty training and place him in a more age appropriate room her reply was, "he has to stay in the 2 year old room because he is not potty trained, we do not have a changing table in the 3-4 year old room and per state law we have to have a changing table in a room with children in diapers". That was a lie, per state law all children have to have access to a restroom. There were no changing tables in the two year old room either, that was just an excuse. She did allow him to visit the 3-4 year old room for a few hours but returned him to the 2 year old room because he would not talk and play with the other kids. My son is socially delayed meaning he does not understand how to interact with other children or adults, he is also very shy. It takes a while for him to be comfortable and able to interact, they did not give him the time needed to adjust to the new room and people. The director lied to me on two separate occasions and tried to pass her personal rules off as state law. It is not state law to have a changing table in a room where children with diapers are present and it is not state law for a child to have a physical exam within 2 weeks of being enrolled in the facility. It is state law that a child have access to a rest room whether the child is potty trained or not, and it is state law that the child have a physical exam with in 30 days of being registered. I tried several times to get the staff to move my socially delayed child to an age appropriate room and help with his socialization and potty training, all attempts were denied because of petty personal rules. I was also told by staff that my child was babied and not as advanced as their other 3 and 4 year olds, I was asked if I was having troubles at home and how I was raising my child because he did not meet up to their ideas of how a 3 year old should act. He is socially delayed and very shy and they wanted to label him and hold him back instead of help him work through his shyness. Beware of this facility, they seem nice at first but there are serious issues.

Provided by YP.comYou are not referring to childtime because it is not located on hwy 41. It is on Collier Parkway. My son has gone there since seven weeks old, and he is now getting ready to enter kindergarten. He has had nothing but a great experience and wonderful teachers. The facility is clean and well stocked with toys and learning materials.

Provided by YP.comChildtime school on hwy 41 is one of the worse schools I have seen. I toured the center for my 3 year old. The classrooms have bare min toys that look old and dirty. At least 2 of the schools classrooms were closed due to lack of children. That to me was a BIG eye opener. When your center has been open for many years and its still empty.... there is a reason. Do your children a favor and put them in a more caring and loving center.

Provided by YP.comI had the worst experience ever. Not sure how this day care got its reputation from to be “one of the best day cares”. I really mean it when I say one of the worst day cares ever. Children are running around by them selves. Teachers are so busy talking to each other or checking messages on their cell phones. Add to that the constant yelling on children if they do anything and using kind of threaten language for some kind of scenarios. They only care about increasing the tuition every year.
Please do your child a favor and do not send him/her to child time.

Provided by YP.comWe moved & had to leave Childtime. I am considering going in the opposite direction every morning & bringing him back to Childtime. The classroom settings are the cutest compared to a lot of daycare's we have visited.

Provided by YP.comYes, I agree with the viewer for 1 star. It really reminded me 7 years ago my child was putting in the same school. It was like a nightmare for me and for my kid the principle in the office was so cold she never had a smile for the kid she only want to talk about money nothting else . Please, if you want to put your child there think it twice because they will be crying and crying and your heart will be broken. Teacher there I think some have experiences and some are lack of it . So love your child think what is right for them

Provided by YP.comI absolutely loved the day care the short time my son was there. The only reason that my son is not there right now is because the tuition is too high, but trust and believe if I had enough money he would be going right back. The teachers were loving and caring. The staff was very personable when we walked in the door and what I loved the most is that my child was safe.

Provided by YP.comOther locations may be great. But unless you have seen the one that is being referenced to please dont' tell us great the ones in your area are. We are interesed in how good or bad the one here is. This one is horriable and I wouldn't suggest leaving a child there. I know some of the care givers are great loving wonderful people and are there for the kids but the management of this facility needs to change.
Just beacuse the one in your area is great doesn't mean that they all are.

Provided by YP.comWell firs of all I had left a pair of glasses there one morning and one of the teachers told me that evening i had left them. She went for them and they were gone after looking for a week and asking other teachers who worked with my little one, nothing was found. It is my beleif that one of the staff took my glasses. Another thing I have seen children sobbing with no attention. crying for Mommy or Daddy, and not being consoled at all. My child has been going here for just over 1 year and being a new mom and a single one I picked this place for its closeness to work and home. but I am Ashamed that my son is still there. I have picked him up on many occasions wet or dirty. They move him from room to room through out the day with little consistancy. I am not pleased

Provided by YP.comMy wife has been with Childtime for 3 years now. She is an exceptional caretaker. All the kids love her as do the parents. Her friends there are great at what they do as well. However, they are way underpaid. They are stressed and overworked. The company before they were bought by Childtime was a great place to work for. Unfortunately Childtime is the Wal-mart of child learning centers. She is so attached to the kids and doesn't want to leave, as is the case for most of the employees. Childtime treats the employees like kids at a fast food joint and thats why Childtime is not a great place to take your kids. The employees are great though. This is a career, not a fast food joint.

Provided by YP.comI love this school. I feel bad for all the bad ratings but my son went to Betty Lane, Las Vegas and this school is the best ever. i love my director and asst director. Genisha and other teachers have been there a while and they are awesome. If they had kinder i would leave my son there instead of taking him to public school. I can't say anything bad about it. School is awesome. I love my girls!! Thanks Childtime! this school is a blessing to me. I go to work happy knowing my son is in good hands. :)

Provided by YP.comI am shocked by the reviews posted by others. My children attended Childtime in Rahway, NJ and I LOVED IT!! They were awesome with my kids and so sad when we moved and they had to go. I loved the classrooms, the staff, director and all that my children learned. I am still looking for another school that makes me as comfortable as they did.

Provided by YP.comThe first day I watched thru a small window how the teacher was doing her nails while the kids were hitting each other with toys, sticks and baskets and she didn't even flinch !!! I took my child and left horrified !!!!
