Mr. Hart finally fixed my gas fireplace after several other businesses either said we were outside their service range (we are in Germantown, MD), failed to diagnose the problem, or just tried to sell us a whole new gas log set. I called Mr. Hart because our pilot light was not staying lit and the fire would go out after just a few minutes. Upon arrival, he didn't even ask any questions, so he clearly knew what the issue was, unlike some of the others. He went straight to the fireplace, fixed the issue, and cleaned up very neatly. The whole thing took about an hour and the repair was a total of $300, compared to $1700 for a new fireplace that the guys from Angie's List tried to sell me. All in all, it was not cheap but I think it was worth it. And we are very glad to have a fire burning again after more than a year of getting the run-around and upsells from other companies.
