Chris and Kathy did an amazing job re-screening our pool enclosure. They were informative during estimation, went above and beyond with replacement of some of the structure's rusted hardware. Excellent value. If you want someone to blow smoke, go elsewhere, if you want to get the best value and work with a contractor who knows what they are doing, and get it done right - this is your team. We are meticulous, and were very satisfied with the work, punctuality, and professionalism.

A great experience with true professionals. The job was done quickly and efficiently. The work was well done at a fair price. I definitely will be using their business again. Highly Recommend!

My wife and I would like to thank Chris and Kathy of Chris Kapp’s Soffit & Screening Inc. We had them replace all of the screens of our enclosure as well as replace all of the old original Zink screws with new stainless-steel screws in the frame and gussets, that were larger in size and also replace the main anchor bolts.
They did an awesome job and cleaned up after the job was complete. We highly recommend them.

Chris and Kathy are very professional. Pool enclosure was done in a timely manner and all promised work was completed. Final price was same as estimate. They informed us that there were areas needing trimmed before starting the work, this was great so we were not caught off guard. Only getting one star because I can't give Took 4 business days for a return phone call. Then hung up on me when I questioned an agreement we came to on the phone. Do not use this person!

I contacted this company based on the excellent ratings. I am sorely disappointed. I did not have any work completed as I could barely even receive a quote. My call was not answered or returned until 2 days later. I understand people might be busy. But after I was told the owner would come to my home to determine the estimate within 24-48 hours after my call, and then receive a call with the quote within 24-48 hours and didn't get either until almost 10 days later...I can assure you this company will not earn my business.

Showed up a day earlier than expected, did an excellent job, and even did extra work for very little extra expense. Higly recommended!!!

no subcontractors, best price,ontime,honest. chris was refered to me by my friend. i was very pleased that he did all his own work and gave such great prices, with a two year installation warranty. had great reviews on google, yellow pages and angies list.

I had Chris Kapps replace some screen panels for my pool enclosure and they did an exceptional job. Screens are nice and tight; no problems.



Since they did such a good job on that, I had them replace my house entrance screen/storm door. It fits and looks great.



They're a small, family owned company that takes obvious pride in their work; no subcontractors!



Highly recommended.
