Roy Moore and Chris Moore are basically the same company. They did my gutters, and did a substandard job in July 2015. During the first weather we had after installation of the gutters, the downspouts started swinging back-and-forth in the wind. Eventually, one downspout fell completely off of the house. We have called repeatedly to get them to come back out and repair the gutter. They will not respond. When we got in touch with Chris Moore, he told us that it was his uncle's business. although, the $1495 check I made out was made out to Chris Moore. The second downspout on the back of my house is now swinging in the wind and may fall any day.I would suggest to anyone please avoid this company. While they have one phone number, Chris Moore and his uncle Roy Moore act like they don't know each other when you call.
