If I could give these b******'s a negative 10 I would but this site required me to give at least 1 star in order to leave a rrview. My sister was killed in a fatal car accident after which the highway patrol had her vehicle towed to Ace towing. Because the highway patrol crash investigation took about 3 weeks, we were not able to gain access to her vehicle during that time. The day that the highway patrol released the vehicle we attempted to gain access to the vehicle to remove my sister's personal belongings but were told by Ace that they only dispatch vehicles on the weekends ....that they have no one at the office to let us in and we would have to wait until a weekday.... which meant even more storage fees (how convenient). So we again attempted to gain access to the vehicle on a Tuesday to retrieve my sister's personal belongings (which had very little monetary value but had sentimental value to those of us that loved and lost her) we were then told by Ace towing that we could not get the personal belongings out of the vehicle until we paid $1930 in towing and storage fees. My sister died and they want to withhold her personal belongings!!!! I question the legality of this and will be consulting law enforcement as well as an attorney tomorrow. I feel they are taking advantage of emotional and vulnerable people in a situation like this and I do not feel that they should be able to start charging a daily storage fee until after the hold has been taken off of the vehicle and the family members are actually able to gain access. Charging a daily storage fee while the vehicle is on hold for a crash investigation just seems cold and immoral. But then again this company is not known for its morals. Don't know how these people sleep at night! It's expensive enough to have to pay for a funeral and all the other expenses that come when a loved one dies and then they're gonna gouge you for $2000 to tow and store a vehicle for 3 weeks!!!! A monthly mortgage that size would get you one hell of a nice house and they're gonna charge that for a vehicle to sit out in there dirt lot. RIDICULOUS!!!! No wonder they are not part of the Better Business Bureau. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS.

This was a local tow with instructions to go to a body shop.The car was taken to their yard for a brief period, then moved the extra 3 blocks to the assigned body shop.I was charged to tow it to their yard (unauthorized) then charged an extra $60 to take it to the body shop.The body shop finds this unfair, and in asking about, Ace is know for this type of activity.The bill goes directly to the body shop, so most customers never see what all the charges are for.SWEET DEAL!!!!

Geogre rips-off anyone and everyone he can. Wages, commisions, and towing. He has a very racist view towards any one that is not white. If it's not white it's not right shoulc be their moto.
