I had a new system put into my home by Circulating Air in Lancaster. They were very curteous, knowledgable, and very fair. The service manager was more than accommodating. I would and will continue to refer them.

Technicians were prompt and very professional! I would highly recommend Circulating Air -- it's a name I trust and they stand behind their service!

Undependable!! I can't count how many times I had to call them back to repair my heater or AC that they "repaired" just days before. And that service manager never returns my calls. I'm put in the position of harassing them when they should be begging me for my business. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to get the job done right in the first place

If I could give this a negative star I would. After hiring circulating air for an inspection of our house before buying it, they neglected to point our serious flaws in our heating and AC systems. We paid over $1000 for upgrades to the system which did nothing to solve the problem and only then was it revealed to us that we had a "poorly designed system". The service manager is an unprofessional mess of unreturned phone calls and when an date for service was available we were offered one hour time slot per week, take it or leave it. Save your time and your money and look elsewhere.
