Provided by YP.comOn 2-8-16 I was travelling southbound on 169 hwy at about 7:15AM when a City Cab, car #172, was driving very erratically. It was speeding and weaving in and out of traffic. It cut in front of me causing me to have to slam on my brakes and almost drive off the shoulder of the road. I called the dispatcher immediately and he didn't act concerned at all. It was if they hear about that kind of driving regularly. Maybe that is how they like to do business. Avoid these cabs if at all possible. I certainly wouldn't call them for a ride if this is how they drive. Terrible drivers!

Provided by YP.comIf I could them less than one star I would. I needed a cab after missing the bus and needing a ride home. By mistake, I told the driver the wrong way on the highway (even though I told him that I wasn't sure that was right). When I realized my mistake, I apologetically informed him that we were going the wrong way and that I didn't know how to get to my house from there. His response was "How can you not know how to get to your house?" and then mumbled something about how I was stupid and he was loosing other customers. I'm aware that it was inconvenient, there was no need to be that rude. Completely unacceptable.

Provided by YPmobileThis cab took us home dropped us off and then told us the credit card machine was down. We scraped together enough cash to pay and tip and then realized we left an iPhone. We called in to report it and they were super mean. Do not take this cab they were the worst ever

Provided by YP.comThis is the absolute worst cab company I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. On New Year's, 2 different cabs from this company tried to charge a $30 flat rate to drop me off 2 miles from destination. The only reason I was using a cab is due to how cold it is outside. When I asked for the cab drivers cab number and told him I was going to report him he used harsh language that I'm not comfortable repeating. The second driver of the same company and I had the same conversation. Luckily two KC police officers were able to overhear the conversation with the second driver and told him to leave the area if he was unwilling to provide a fair service to individuals trying to make their way home.
I've never been so disgusted with a company in my entire life. If a Yellow Cab is not available again I would prefer to walk. The language used by the City Cab drivers (both times) was both offensive and degrading. I work hard and consider myself to be a productive member of the Kansas City community and it is a shame that lowly companies such as City Cab feel they can take advantage of a young female in such a manner. When I called the company to complain I was informed that there was no management available until nearly 2 days after the incident(s). The owners of City Cab should be ashamed of their employees. Also, I gave 1 star because I was forced. I wouldn't give this company any type of recognition otherwise. Please don't use City Cab.
