THIS IS THE ONLY REVIEW I HAVE DID!!!!!! I called the cab for a ride. Was told it would be 30 minutes. I sat in looking out the window for 1:10 no cab. I called the Ark la tex taxi company back asking when is the cab going to arrive she tells me that the cab came and blew his horn and call me and i didn't answer saying that i had a voicemail that was not sat up which is a flat out lie becauseit is a business phone that has always had voicemail set up and then in the next sentence she says i have a number that she couldnt call back. Which brings me to how did you call me and no that my phone went straight to voice mail if i got a number you cant call. Granted i called while sitting in the window and never moved because I didn't want to miss them. This company wonders way customers are finding other means of transportation because the lady ANSWERING the phone is rude and have no customer SKILLS whats so ever. I could have easily used uber but hear i am trying to keep local businesses in business and they care less. So from this point forward i will use uber and never give them a dollar of my money. BY THE WAY UBER SHOWED UP IN 10 MINUTES AND DROPPED ME OFF AT MY DESTINATION. READ THE REVIEWS I AM NOT THE ONLY WHO WAITED FOR A CAB AND THEY DONT SHOW AND HAVE TO DEAL WITH SOMEONE RUDE ON THE OTHER END!!!!!!!!!

i love them they r great the only time they r not here on time is when they r really busy but they always show up

I was a regular customers for years but now I will don't be using you guys anymore cause of the price change it is under unnecessary and ridiculous and I will never pay $7 just for a $5 trip change your prices back or you might lose a lot of value customers thanks
