I use City Wide every time because competitors were unpredictable, sometimes very late, sometimes very early, So far, City Wide hasn't missed a beat.

I've been relying on this crew for nearly 15 years and I fly frequently--Never have they disappointed me-- always on time-- always know what's up

Pretty bad customer service. Called for a cab, they told me 15 minutes. They came early, and left without trying to get a hold of me (Call/beep/honk) I don't think they were here. When I called they blamed me and told me they wouldn't send another car back. I would use another company.

this company is a hole.... very rude people even the owns..... the drive smell..........like to rip you off ...... there are better companys out there that will make it right for you...

My friend was supposed to take me to the airport early on a Friday morning a couple of weeks ago, but failed me. I called this company and their dispatcher kindly told me that service on so short a notice was not a problem. Ten minutes later a cab was in front of my house. The driver was an older man who seemed a bit gruff, but he behaved courteously and drove me to the airport and safely. I live on a street which is hard to find and I did not notice that the driver was using any GPSso the driver or his dispatcher had to know the area.Next time I wont even ask my friend.Lee Ann
