I too was scammed by him. He got me for $390. He came to fix my dryer. Did not replace the piece he said needed replacing and will not return my phone calls. He is in the Baltimore area.

This guy kind of older, beat up looking and dresses like a slob and smells?

Say's he will show up and does not.

Drives a junk car with Clarks' on the side.

I think this is the same guy that scammed a friend of mine. No parts took the service call money with terms he would come back to install parts and never did. No STARS for this scammer. He might rip off the wrong person someday and well you know.Turn this BUM into the Internet Crime Complaint Center www.IC3.gov like the BBR but tougher on the crooks.

Scam artist! Called to fix true ref. He came out and put coolant in it.. Charged me $150 and said I had a 90 day warranty. 5 days later the ref. isn't cooling again. Mr John Clark won't return my calls or text messages. I wish I had seen these reviews first. NO STARS SCAM!

Mr. John Clark (the owner) came to my condo to repair my washer. When he had completed the work, he started a cycle to try and show me that it was working and then left very quickly. However, when I went to do a load of laundry myself, water leaked everywhere ruining my laminate wood flooring. I called Mr. Clark in a panic, and he informed me that he couldn't come back until the next day and that I should call him the next morning to arrange a time. I called him multiple times and left multiple messages to try and reach a resolution, but he never returned my calls. When I finally reached him days later he told me that he would see us in court. He took my money for the "repair" and ran. I had to call another company to come back and repair the washer, and they actually told me that John Clark is "notorious" for this type of work.



Please watch out! Trust me...saving $20 on his lower rate is definitely not worth the risk.

He takes money for parts and you never see him again, he also ignores our calls. BUM!

Do not trust John Clark. This business is a scam. He will steal your money and not provide services. "Waiting for parts to come in" and will not return or answer your calls.

I'm completely disgusted by how this "business" is run. I have contacted the BBB and Attorney General. Be careful, especially if you are a single female because this "man" is not trustworthy.
