Provided by YP.comThis Limo service was aweful! Almost every item they had claimed to have in terms of the vehicle was either broken or missing. Their driver made every excuse for why things were the way they were and acted as if I was getting aq good deal. This is the worst Limo company I have every seen. It may have well been a Hummer Limo with buckets for seats. The Dvd player did not work and the owner said that it shouldnt matter because we were only going twenty miles down the road. What? Really? The divider did not go up. The lights were broken, there were ZERO glasses in the vehicle unless you count the two plastic, already been used, Southern Comfort shoot glasses in the window sill. Damage inside the limo everywhere. If you are into paying good money for a bag full of lies than this place is for you. What a joke of a business man.

Provided by YP.comI was so excited when reserving my Hummer H2 with this Brad (the owner of Classic City Limos in Jefferson GA). Well first the driver was late. Then on the way to our destination the air condition went out, it did start working on the way back so that was good. Let me tell you we called the driver when we were ready to leave and go home, well he took almost 2 and a half hours to come pick us up. Of course we called Brad and he told us he would be there in 20 minutes, that did not happen. So he told us he would pay for us to eat at waffle house, like thats good enough to make up for the 2 1/2 hours that we paid for or something. Well he did'nt even do that for us they took us home and pretty much didnt even say sorry. He will not give us any of the $700 and some odd dollars we gave him or nothing. All he says is if we keep bugging him he will charge our credit card an extra $200 for smoking in the limo, which did not happen or he would have already done so right?? This is not right. Please someone tell me what I can do about this company???
