the worst service imaginable, poor planning and the owners are horrible. they tell you one thing and you get another. I had my event catered last year on a boat on Lake Grapevine. It was a cluster, the food was not food, maybe something out of a can. NOT fresh as stated and the kitchen ran out of food. But it was our fault because we ate too much as they anticipated. The meat was chewy and bread was hard with wilted lettuce.
The lady chef and the other mangers or owners tried to complain it was not their doing about the food. Well
I tell you they are HORRIBLE

My experience with Classic Events and Catering started out well but did not have a happy ending. I used them for my daughter's wedding in May 2014. I would not recommend them. I do not feel like I got what I paid for overall. I paid for wait staff that I never saw. They seemed unorganized the day of the event and the worst was they ran out of food less than an hour into the reception! This company tried to blame it on the guests eating too much food! I talked to many of our guests after the wedding who told me they didn't eat anything except cake so not sure how that could be true. The "icing on the cake" so to speak, was that their clean up crew threw the top layer of our grooms cake into the trash!!! I have no idea why they would ever do that to begin with but certainly should have checked with someone before they did it!? I asked the company to reimburse me for the cake that they threw in the trash but they ignored my emails and phone calls. Wow! Save your self some stress and don't use this company.
