My office group bought me a $150 Gift Certificate towards any of their services in early October for my birthday. I called on January 30th to redeem it, and they said it's no longer honored because it only valid for 90 days. The owner tried to tell me that prices had changed. That wasn't really a valid argument considering the gift certificate just said $150 toward any service. If the price went up, I would have just paid them more. I was told that a few people had complained in the past, but they weren't going to change how they do business. Maybe if enough people read this and decide not to use Classic Image Mobile Detailing, then they will honor everything that is bought from their company.
