I hired this company to drive for my wedding. They gave me a quote over the phone and charged my card for the deposit. I had to call three times before they mailed the contract to my house. When it arrived, it was for almost double what they quoted me on the phone. The lady said I would have to talk to Rodney and he would call me back. Three weeks of waiting and multiple phone calls later I still had not recieved a call back. I called again and Rodney answered. I told him I no longer wished to work with his company. He said if I had just talked to him he would have worked it all out. I told him he should have returned my calls. He promised to refund my deposit. It has been over three weeks and nothing has been refunded. They will not respond to my emails or return my calls.‎

This company is by far the best. They used brand new cars, they were prompt, and friendly. I only booked a sedan and they upgraded me to a limousine at no additional charge. Perfect company with exceptional vehicles and drivers.
