If you want cheap, this company is good. If you want a chance to have your things go missing, this company is also for you.

I apologize for lack of detail, I used this company in 2015. But I held onto the receipt until 2019 because I had that bad of an experience. I'd like to say that usually when I read reviews, I ignore the 1 star because those people are usually just ranting and can see no good in their situation.

What I needed was storage for 2 months and my items shipped from Florida to California. I was under then assumption that my items would be stored on the west coast. I call the company a week before and let them know the exact drop off day.

The people they hired to pack up my items were professional and I gave them a tip (remember to factor this in, I presume they don't get paid the highest wage considering how cheap the total price was). The man who dropped my stuff off was also nice, but unhelpful when we were unable to locate my missing box. No real explanation since he "grabbed" everything" in the area that was designated to me. Unfortunately my spare check books were in this box so I'm certain I didn't receive it.

One week before I needed my items, I called the company. They had to drive my items from Florida to California, but ensured me that it would be there. I was traveling at the time and was basing my location on the drop off date. 3 days later, I call and my items have still not shipped. Ultimately they showed up 5-6 days late. I had to start my new job with only the few nonprofessional clothes I had. Work was understanding. I had to sleep on my camping mat in my empty room for almost a week.

I called the company multiple times about my missing box. I received little help and no returned calls. It was never found. The only "helpful" information was a number I could call to report. With the wonderful experience I'd had so far, I didn't pursue this. I had wasted enough of my time.
