The clay plaster will start to crack and fall off in 8 months to a year. The registraro contractors cannot go after the owner because he didn't install the material. The owner recommended the unlicensed contractor to install the material because he has installed it on all of his jobs before. Multiple homeowners have contacted me because of the same problems with their homes. DO NOT USE THIS MATERIAL OR YOU WILL BE SORRY.
