Clean Pro Carpet Care is highly professional, efficient and hard-working. We have worked with Jerry from Clean Pro Carpet Care in a number of houses. We manage a number of bank owned homes and rental properties and we use him for all of our jobs. He has very high standards, and he always does a great job. He is very responsive and either answers the phone or gets back to me right away. When we have a job for him, he's always available to get to a location right away, within a few days. He always lets me know what any problems or issues he has before he starts his work so that I can give him permission to go ahead. Jerry's prices are very competitive. He always gives us his honest opinion on things. We highly recommend him and wouldn't consider using anyone else!

Clean Pro Carpet Care has earned a customer in me! Clean Pro Carpet Care are very professional. They explained exactly what they were doing. They were aware of not messing anything up or hurting furniture. They were also prompt, in and out and did a really good job. They even went out of their way to take care of some things they didn't have to, but they did it to be a good business. I've used a lot of cleaners before them who were never this good. They really earned a customer in me.

Professional, economical, and family friendly. Clean Pro is just always punctual, and they are very sensitive to what your needs are. I've always been able to say what stains I have and point them out, and they're able to tell me if they think they can get them out or not, and then they just go forward from there. They've always been very professional, and I think their services are economical too. You can get a lot of bang for your buck, so to speak. We've used Clean Pro for years, and I've always confident that if I give them a call the job will be done well. They're sensitive to the pets, and their ability to work around that whole situation just makes them a good family cleaner. They are family friendly, I would say.

I'm a real estate broker who has been using Jerry of Clean Pro Carpet Care since about 1995. He provides a good service, so I can't complain or find a reason to switch businesses. He also has very moderate prices.

Satisfied with the quality of the work. Clean Pro Carpet Care has always given us good service for the last 20+ years. I'm a property manager and he always gives us quick service when I call for a job. He does it thoroughly. He gives free estimates for me so I can tell how much cleaning deposits should be. He's also has provided carpet stretching for us. I'm satisfied with the quality of the work. We continue to use his Clean Pro Carpet Care because the work is good and we've developed a friendship with Jerry.

I would use him again. His price was very reasonable and he was honest. I like their service. I was a first time customer of Clean Pro Carpet Care. They did a good job, on a tough clean, at my father in laws house.

He came the next day and took care of the stains right away. I was very impressed and the house still smells like lemons. I would definitely recommend them. I will be giving his business card out to my friends.

More than expected in performance. Jerry came with a good recommendation from a friend, but I still did not know what to expect. But soon I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge, skill and the extra effort he put into some tough cleaning issues I presented him with in my house and car. He definitely was not a beginner picking up temporary work like some carpet cleaning companies use. In short I was very pleased and will definitely use Clean Pro again in the future.

Jerry from Clean Pro Carpet Care has been cleaning my carpets since I moved up from the Bay Area about 8 years ago. He shows up when he says he's going to and I trust him. Not only is he easy to work with, but his prices are good and he does a really good job.

Professional and enjoyable to work with! I called Jerry from Clean Pro Carpet Care on short notice. He was able to fit me in for a move out clean. He and his coworker showed up on time and were able to knock it out in a whole two hours. They got all the large and smaller stains out with no problems. They were professional and enjoyable to work with. I'd use them again.

Amazing, my furniture looks brand new! This was the first time I had used Clean Pro Carpet Care, and I will definitely use them again in the future! For me, what really stood out was Jerry's great communication. I made the appointment with him about a month before, and he had no hesitation in calling me about two weeks before as a reminder and to make sure that day and time still worked for me. He needed to come a little later on that day, but he let me know three days in advance, so I had plenty of notice. Jerry arrived on time and went right to work. He was very professional and did a beautiful job. I had him clean 3 pieces of furniture, and they look brand new! Not only was the customer service great, but the final product came out extremely well too! I'd recommend this company to anybody!

The guys are the best. Excellent customer service, prompt and friendly. Removed carpet stains and did excellent job on cleaning my sofa. Highly recommend this company.

Very professional, got to work as soon as they got to my house no down time and got the job done. They were fast and got all the spots out of my carpet!!! Will definitely use them again.

It's so refreshing to find a company who cares about the individual's needs and go above and beyond to please. I am struggling financially and and moving into a home where the previous tenants theashed the carpets. The owner always answered my phone calls and worked with my busy schedule and tight budget. The friendly experts from clean pro carpet care managed to make those carpets look so much better, like bringing them back from the dead! I am so thankful I found this company and I'd recommend them to everyone!
