My technician Jon from clickanerd .com was the best. He repaired my issues by connecting to my PC using remote assistance. it only took an hour and i was back up and running as if my computer were new again. If you're having software issues and viruses and stuff, then you need to call them or go to their website. It's the easiest thing you'll ever do!!

We have used Click a Nerd for several years but the last time was the most interesting. We bought a new Sony Camera and just returned from vacation and had not had an opportunity to download the photo's yet. As luck would have it, I erased the memory board with all the photos from the trip. We called Click a Nerd and Brandon had us insert the memory board into our dell and he remote controlled the whol thing. Not only did Brandon recover our photos he gave us a quick tune up at the same time. No thats what customer service is all about.

I called the nerds on Saturday morning around 2:00 AM. I had received a return call at 2:15AM from John in California. He logged in to my computer and fixed everything in just under 30 minutes. My invoices in Quick Books and other data was all in tact and my Company was back online. What could be more convenient than that?

This is a really cool idea. I took all the plugs off my computer and was going to take it into a shop like always. I found clickanerd.com on the internet. I called and talked with Alisa and she said I don't have to bring it to the shop, she would put in a work order and a technician would call back in a minute. As she said, a technician did call back almost immediately and the technician had me plug in my cables and he connected to my computer through my road runner. It was really cool. I watch him move the mouse and it did not take long and the price was good to. He did not ask for my credit card until he was all done. My technician told me to test everything and if I was happy with the service, I had to pay $80.00 online. I will be telling everyone about my time with clickanerd.com. I just wish my mechanic would come to my house and do this. LOL

Every time I have a problem with our network, I call Shawn. This guy is the smartest computer guy I have ever met. You would be hard pressed to find some one more knowledgeable or honest.

I have known Shawn and done business with him for 20 years. When ever I have a technical problem, I call Shawn. If you computer system or network breaks down; no one is more knowledgeable then this guy or more honest. His pricing is fair and reasonable and he always treats you like a king.

The power plug on my laptop motherboard broke off inside. We brought it to Best Buy and the Geeks said we had to change the motherboard for $950.00. I got ahold of "Computer Nerds" and they fixed the problem for $280.00. My brother in Denver told me about these guys and he was right. Great job guys !!!
