We called him on Saturday (day after Christmas) about our problem and he was able to come out Monday morning. The person I talked to was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our Whirlpool water heater wasn't working and it turns out it was recalled, so he had to order parts so he could fix it. We only had to pay for labor and $15 for faster shipping of the parts from Whirlpool. The contractor who came out was very friendly. Within an hour he was done, and he made sure to walk me through what he did and showed me the damaged parts that he had taken out. Overall we are very satisfied with the service and we are very happy that they could come out as soon as they did.
