PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME! My neighbor recommended this company to us so of course word of mouth is the best advertisement. Made an appointment for the next day between 12-2pm. Called at 1:56pm because we hadn't heard from them and was very disappointed that they cancelled the appointment without giving us notice. The first person said "Oh he Joe won't be able to make it out today, he's backed up, do you want to reschedule?" Then someone else got on the line and said "They are very backed up with their big accounts and are not taking anymore new installs, so they cannot give us an estimate."



"At Climate Plus we are big enough to serve yet small enough to care!" This statement is on their web page.



My husband took off work for this appointment and I could have used this time with a company that valued there reputation and had better customer service. This is unprofessional and unacceptable! They don't stand by what they have on their website.

I was referred to Joe two years ago, and he replaced my old furnace. They came asap, gave me a quote and that's exactly how much I paid. Not to mention they made sure they kept my house as neat and clean as they found it! Even when they were disposing of my old furnace. Last month we got hit with a flood and (Edgar) Climate Plus came to the rescue as soon as i called. Joe kept his word on price, date and time! Must say any work for our home we know we can always rely on Joe. Thanks Climate Plus!!!!!

Last Wednesday I called Joe at Climate Plus to come look at my A/C because the house didn't seem like it was getting cool at all. My unit is older that my kid, in fact the date on the unit was 1984 ! Anyway Joe checked it out & the compressor was shot. By Thursday morning at 11 am his guys had a new unti installed & my home was soon cool as a cucumber!
