Provided by YP.comMy partner and I book a room for August 31st - September 2nd. Upon arrival it looked very nice, clean and private. The lady I believe her name was Rosalie was very friendly and checked us in. We didn't have a cabin but we stayed in the rooms and you can tell it was a little outdated. Upon walking in the room, it smelt clean but the carpet was dirty and the beds were terrible. The office closes way too early, there is no phone nor is there any wifi or cell service (I kinda figured were in the mountains) but there should have been a land line phone in each room. On September 1st (Labor Day) everyone cleared out which is to be expected. The housekeeping walked in our room after yelling 3 times to hold on. Our car was the only car in the whole entire place, there was no staff around nor was there anyone at the front desk. We were totally freaked out and decided to just leave we left around 7:30 pm. There was no drop box for keys the place was so dark I don't even think the lights were working around the property. Honestly you would have thought they closed for the season. As I business owner myself I know what it is like to run a business and this was totally absurd. I had to leave the keys in the room I have been calling all morning since 6am and what do you know they open up at 11am. That place should have security or someone working in that office 24/7 those carpets should be cleaned, there should be phones and there should be a drop box for keys. I have never felt so unsafe in my entire life and will not be coming back.
