What a blessing it was meeting Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory. We had been shopping around for quite some time and could not find the right designer or company to help us with our closets. Then we walked into the Closet Factory and met Jeanne. In a matter of minuets we knew we were in good hands. Jeanne is not only a wonderful person, she is a tremendous designer. We could not be more pleased. Not only did she help us with our closets, she also designed and or converted our garage into an amazing space. Thank you Jeanne.

AMY Mendez was very helpful with both the design and implementation of a closet system for my master closet. She was very responsive to my questions, and the installation was very professional. We would definitely recommend this company- their customer service and product quality is excellent!

We just had our mudd/utilty room installed by Closet Factory. Amy Mendez was our talented designer. She over exceeded our expectations with the design. I thought I knew what I wanted when we met with her, but she opened up our minds to new ideas. The install crew arrived in a timely manner and were very clean and courteous while installing.We are ecstatic with the finished product! Although It was just a mudd room, I had a vision for the room and Amy helped me bring it to life!

We met with Amy our designer. She was A++++ the entire process. She was extremely patient and took her time with us and designed a very beautiful master closet that accommodates all of our things perfectly with room to add. ;-) We would highly recommend her at the closet factory for all your built in needs. She knows her stuff!

My wife and I are very pleased at the way our master closet turned out. We were helped by Amy Mendez and the Closet Factory to create a space that had plenty of room for all of our clothing, shoes, all my ties and all of her belts. Frankly, I am amazed that Amy was able to make it all fit nicely and still look so aesthetically pleasing! She was very easy to work with and the installer was a pleasure as well. We highly recommend this business.

The planning meeting with Laura Pedersen was very professional and thorough. The computer system that she used to show me what the closets would look like were terrific and made my decision very easy.
