Poorly cut window and baseboard trim throughout house; unsightly globs and smears of calking/spackle; installed partially, poorly finished expensive new front door and took clients existing door all without owner consent; left a tub of mineral spirits with paint brush and an unsealed can of urethane unattended in home with pets inside; many other similar problems. Contractor had to be replace. Major delays and additional expense to owner.
