I always use Coastal for my trips to Logan. One of the best things I have noticed about Coastal is the company's ability to reschedule and accommodate the customer's needs. Whether you're going to be 20 minutes late or need a car a day later, Coastal will quickly make the adjustment over the phone with no extra fees or rude sighs. Purely professional here.

On time service just as advertised. I got what I expected. Really, that is all that matters. However, here are more details (that I would want if I were using this review as a guide.)



I made my reservation on their website, and all my correspondence was via email. I never spoke to anyone but the drivers. This worried me because I am a serial planner but I let the process play as it said it would and was not disappointed. I had an early morning flight and the driver was in my driveway 15 mins early. Picked me up in a nice town car w free bottles of water already there. I ended up talking to the driver the entire way but I could easily have had very little talking if I'd wanted it that way. I'm a talker so, I talked. He also took my direction to get to highway from my home in Halifax, which was different from his GPS directions. I got to my flight on time and had already pre-paid and pre-tipped which I made point to tell him to make sure he got that tip.



My flight home got in a few days later at 11pm and the driver was waiting for me (different driver) and even called my cell after I was off the plane just to let me know he was out there. Same service as the ride in, we talked a lot but I could have slept if I’d wanted to. Again he listened to my suggestions on the route and again I made sure to tell him about the tip. Both drivers were personable and good at the driving, which is most important.



I would use Coastal again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone who asked. Professional, personable, efficient, and an easy process.

I will never book with this service again. If you cancel they take full payment from you and do not refund you. They took $203 from me for a service I had to cancel, and never refunded. I would highly recommend NOT booking with this service if you think your plans may change.

Everything a car service should be: prompt, reliable & friendly. Bob was our driver to and from the airport, and he couldn't have been nicer. We've used other car services in the past, but never will again. Joel & Bob are great guys.

I've been using Joel for airport runs almost weekly for 3 months now. Joel and Bob are always prompt and flexible. As my schedule continually changes, they were able to accommodate me every time. If Joel is unable to answer the phone when I call I always hear back within minutes. I've had issues with many South Shore services. I have absolutely no complaints about Coastal.

Joel was there right on time to pick us up at both ends of our trip. He had waters for us and gave us a very comfortable ride to and from Logan. We'll definately be calling Coastal Livery for future trips.

My folks are in their 80's and they wisely rely on Coastal Livery for their transportation to the airport, to medical appointments, to sporting events, you name it. Their out of town guests are greeted at the airport and whisked to their place in Scituate, MA at all hours by Coastal Livery. They found Coastal through a referral based on Joel Logan's reputation in the livery business. Joel's a great guy--he makes you feel like you're the most important client on his list, every time. Solid and reliable service, yet reasonably priced.

I use Coastal every time I travel to the airport. As a business traveler I often need to leave my home at 4 A.M. or earlier in order to catch an early flight. Typically, my return flights arrive at Logan late in the evening. Coastal is always there for me in spite of my strenuous travel itinerary. During inclement weather when flights are delayed, or even canceled, Coastal stays on top of flight schedules and is always there for me...whatever the circumstances. Based on this livery firm's efficiency, politeness and pricing, I highly recommend Coastal Livery services without reservation.
