I called on a Friday to schedule a fuel oil delivery for the next Tuesday. Just so happens that we were under a blizzard warning for that Tuesday. Lo & behold, there was the COD truck filling our tank on Monday afternoon. That's what I call customer service. And their prices are always the lowest.

I really appreciate C.O.D. Oil. They are the least expensive of the lot. While it is true that they may have a hard time getting to all the homes that they are scheduled for (their low rates make them very popular) - they do make every effort to get there the next day or even on Sundays - as some of my oil deliveries have been. No worries. If I know I'm running out, I call before the tank is absolutely empty, and I can easily wait my turn. They try very hard. I like the people and the oil man who delivers. Never had a problem. Always had a smile.

TRASHY business that hates their loyal customers. You can tell by their attitude. C.O.D. Oil Delivery, Inc. in Richmondville, NY (also known to have a P.O. box in Cobleskill, NY) won't autodeliver, frequently spills oil on your property when delivering fuel, comes days late during the coldest weather of the year for scheduled deliveries, and their delivery man uses your property as his own personal toilet when he thinks no one is watching. Then if you dare to finally speak up after ten years, the owner gets abusive, shouting profanity at you. Classy! The company is owned by some aging redneck with past lengthy legal trouble.
