Sorry you two had bad experiences, this business is ran by outstanding wonderful loving people whom would never condone such a thing to happen. I hope you were able to contact them because they would gladly resolve it.

As you can see in the other good ratings, they posted their company name. In one review, "from another 1", he/she posted a one star review with no business name other than from "by another 1". Which could possibly mean they are from another refrigeration company and they want to put in a bad word for Coffey's. Coffey's is a very honest and trustworthy company and "by another 1" is jealous. Sorry that "by another 1" feels it is necessary to put down Coffey's in order to get business for themselves, if this is the case. All of the employees at Coffey's are honest, trusting, and hard working. They would meet their cutomers needs and satisfy them to the greatest extent. I do not work for Coffey's but I do know their team and you can count on them for that honesty and satisfaction.

i don't know who they got to write those 5 star reviews, but they must have written them themselves. I had a horrible experience with them and would highly recommend calling anybody else. They did terrible work and had me sign a blank invoice telling me about what it would cost, but could't give exact price until they got back to the office. I made the mistake of believing them. I received a bill from them over a month later for 3 times the amount they told me I was signing for! all in labor costs. I called numerous times before someone would talk to me about it and was hung up on. I didn't know how to use the parts they installed because they did not explain them to me, so I had to call another company to come look at it. As soon as they saw the work they said I had been ripped off, and will have to have it fixed in the near future, but it would work for awhile. Awful, awful company. STAY AWAY!!!

stay away. they do terrible work and will bill you for triple the amount they say. horrible company, very unprofessional

We are a new business and Coffey Refrigeration has been there to help us get our less-than-new equipment ready to function safely and efficiently. We really appreciaate the friendly service from the techs and office staff as well. We recently had a dishwasher issue and they were very prompt it getting to us to help keep us operating. Thanks!

Coffey refrigeration has not failed us ever. They respond quickly and take care of the problem quickly and efficiently and at the right cost. We have 125 residents in this building we feed 3 times a day, every day, and our refrigeration is crucial to our satisfying our residents! They know their business!
