The worst customer service EVER! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS! STAY FAAAAAAAR FROM THEM! I contacted my insurance company for a tow. After the driver being 15 mins late I called the company/dispatcher to notify them of the late driver. The dispatcher gave me the drivers phone # and explained to me the driver will be there in another 15 mins. After the additionally 15 mins passed I called the driver to give me his ETA. He explained it will be another 20-30 mins. I asked why he was late and he scream "IM NOT LATE...I JUST GOT THE CALL A FEW MINS AGO!" I explained to him that the dispatcher said that you should have been there 20 mins ago. He proceeds to scream and yell at me. I called the dispatcher/main office and explained what happened. He called the driver on the phone, had him on speaker, and asked him why was he late; the driver proceeds to scream at the dispatcher. The dispatcher ends the conversation and continues our conversation. He proceeds to give me verbal lashing saying that I was not to call the driver and asked the drivers questions. I explained that me asking questions should not justify his outburst. He then continues to disrespect me with harsh comments and hangs up the phone.
