Very disappointed by this company. Overnighted a phone last Monday (January 14) Tracking indicated it was there on Tuesday. Color-My-I didn't "check in" my phone until Wednesday night. Mean while I sent a concerned e-mail since I hadn't heard from them (website says they keep you updated every step and get it sent within 24 hrs) no one contacted me until Wednesday night earlier saying they were short handed and will get it done and sent the next (Thursday) morning. Thursday evening I got an e-mail saying it had been shipped, yet tracking (and the post office) says it was sent FRIDAY late afternoon...something that should have been 48ish hours has now been a week and I still don't have a phone...I was refunded my $10 express shipping but not even a sincere apology.
