EmailWe love OUR winter texans & summer Family vacation travelers! OUR property boasts of over 400 feet of comal river frontage that is landscaped in a park like setting with picnic tabled & BBQ Pitts ALL along the Riverbank. We have a pool with HOT TUB and a really nice gazebo ALL located down by the river. OUR condos have flat screen TV'S with DVD players & cable TV. We have ALL needed appliances including full size refrigerators. Toasters. Oven. Microwave. Dishes. Pots & pans. Linens. Towels. ETC. Just Bring your clothes. Food. Sunscreen and maybe some extra towels if YOU will BE on the river much.

Float for about 25 minutes & you are in the Comal River Tube Chute. Finish floating the river, and the outfitters shuttle brings you right back to our complex, We are 3 minutes from Schlitterbahn, 4 minutes from Public Golf, a short walk to the downtown square or a quick 20 minute drive to the San Marcus Outlet Mall.
