I had 15 little girls for a fun day of skating, Just getting them through the parking lot and though the shopping mall was a chore. Then when I got there they wanted me to leave the girls in the mall while I went into the gift shop to tell them I was there. The girl that I talked to forgot to tell me the skating fee is seperate from the rental which is a aditional fee. I have 15 girls each with their own money most of them exact change and now most of them dont have enough money. I had got prices over the phone and when I tried to explain the girl was very rude. I had to finally call the manager to sort it out.
