Awful customer service. Be prepared.



I found a box on my doorstep tonight labelled Xfinity. It was a set-top cable box. I already have one, and didn't request another. I phoned Comcast, and they'd made an error. But I'm required to either take it to their office, or ship it back by UPS. Their mistake, I fix it. Otherwise they'll bill me for it.



I'd win this easily in Small Claims Court. But I don't need that hassle either, and they know it.



Dish is starting to look pretty good.
